When you join Rotary you are a member of a Club, District, Zone, Area, and Rotary International.  These are all determined by geography and where your club is located.  You may be aware of projects that the club is doing both locally and globally, but did you know that there are other ways which you can engage with Rotary?  There are Fellowships and Action Groups.  These are made up of individuals from around the world that share a common passion/interest in a particular topic or cause.

Rotary Fellowships are independent, social groups that share a common passion. Being part of a fellowship is a fun way to make friends around the world.  Some examples are genealogy, bowling, fishing, photography, and much more.
Rotary Action Groups (aka - RAGs): A RAG is an autonomous group of Rotarians, family members, program participants and alumni who are experts in a particular field, such as microcredit or water and sanitation. Group members share their expertise by collaborating with clubs and districts on service projects.

The web page for each has a full listing of fellowships and groups.  Each edition of Connections we will highlight a fellowship/group.  If something sparks your interest, we encourage you to contact them and find out more about the activities of the group/fellowship.

  • We invite you to join one of the most enjoyable, wine related social groups in existence. Our objective is to learn more about wine, wine and food pairings and any other topics related to the appreciation of wine so that our own appreciation of good wine will be enhanced.
